HOW IT WORKS

Pick your packages and products Dealers must select the packages they wish to engage with, choosing from our three available options:

• Snacks

• Beverages

• Tea

Dealers can opt for one, two, or all three packages. Once selected, dealers can personalize the products within each package according to their preferences. For a comprehensive list of products, please refer to the products page.

Inventory each week should only take 10-15 minutes

After a dealer’s initial order is received, dealers will be required to provide us with an inventory report once every 10 days. This can be done through the dashboard or through our mobile app for ease of use. Simply enter in how much of each product you have left in stock and hit save.

Eliminate the hassle of manual ordering forever. Your inventory reports are seamlessly integrated into our Machine Learning software, which analyzes your product usage. Using this data, our software automatically generates orders for items running low.

For instance, if you're running low on Chocolate Chip Cookies and BBQ Chips but have sufficient stock of other items, we'll only send you the cookies and chips you need, preventing unnecessary inventory buildup.

Through our automated ordering system, dealers will receive an email notification for every order, detailing the products and quantities, along with tracking information for delivery.

All food and tea items are shipped via FedEx and UPS, while beverages are delivered by a local beverage truck.

Payment for all services will be processed via credit card. Dealers must add their credit card details to their dashboard for monthly billing. Invoices will be generated for the previous month's purchases, with billing occurring at the beginning of each month. For instance, any products delivered to a dealership in May will be billed in June, and products sent in June will be billed in July. Monthly invoices can be accessed on the dealer dashboard.
